This is an abominably good deal. This is some of the best gaming in the past seven years for about the price of three candy bars.

No.. more about steam... most of the time it's $1 = €1 ...it's been better the last few months.. but still.. I'm paying more for the same game.. you can blame localization, transport cost etc in retail but when you are downloading?  it's bs..

I bought it for 5 times the price 2 years ago, and it was more than worth it then. Best platformer ever for the PC. Get this!

It has always been like that, even when the euro was weaker than the dollar, so why does it matter now when it didn't before? That's not how the exchange rate and the economy work.

PC games nowadays cost pratically the same in both Europe and US as 10, 15 years ago.

I got around to playing this game about a year ago after remembering all the hype. It deserves it too. Sure it looks a little dated, but the artstyle is kick ass and it will keep you laughing. This is the kind of game you see few and far between.

Partly because of taxes, I'm sure.

The other part is... because European gamers are willing to pay more, I guess. If we weren't, they would have to drop prices.
