Quick question-- I don't like the look of my current Shepard but I also don't want to start my Mass Effect 1 game over for the 50th time. When I import my save from Mass Effect when I finally finish it, will I have to keep the look my Shepard or will I get to remake him?

Near the beginning of the game you get to give him plastic surgery. My ME1 Shepard was butt ugly. Definitely no comparison with the sexiness of Russell Crowe.

To tell you the truth, I like the default look for Shepard better than anything else I've seen and I always get angry on the character creator because I'll scroll over the custom shepard option which instantly nukes that design and I'm too lazy to completely go back out of the menus and back in.  -_-

My "Shephard" in Mass Effect 1 was a woman. Can I make her a man, this time (keeping my old save data)? I'm not going to, of course. But can I?
