I always have problems running this website, it always loads very slowly and sometimes not at all, just a black site. Is it because I have Vista, or is there something I can do to improve it?

Websites aren't compatible with operating systems. If anything they can be compatible with web browsers.

Anyway due to insane amount of flash used here this site is extremely slow.

Probably a prob. with your browser, any adblock software, any script blocking software, possibly a firewall and any number of a host of things that are NOT vista. Vista is def not your problem.
