i would do this to if i made a gaming system and a 3rd party starts making things for my system that were not approved and i dont see i dime of it, then yeah i would shout them down like M$ did, i dont get why there getting sued over this dosnt it seem like common cents.

I would say it's the minority who view them as interchangeable. A minority who happen to use message forums like this a lot, but a minority nonetheless. The expanded audience is pretty damn big for whom the HD consoles offer only Guitar Hero, and then there's plenty on the core side who are offered nothing by the Wii. Obviously not all the core, but probably the majority.
