What do you want to see at Nintendo's E3 2010 Conference?

What I'm expecting:

- Zelda Wii trailer and release date.

- Info about Super Mario Galaxy 2 / Metroid: Other M / both, depending on if either of them have released.

- Vitality Sensor demo and games (Wii Relax, Luigi's Mansion 2 (believe it!), maybe others).

- Retro's new game.

- One or more surprise games (Star Fox, Kirby, Pilotwings, F-Zero, Mario Party, Kid Icarus, new franchise, etc.)

- Maybe some Pikmin 3 info. Even if it's not in the show I expect them to at least say something about it if the press asks.

If they can give me something close to this, I'll be very happy.

Luigi's Mansion with Vitality Sensor compatibility lol.
Seriously, the only thing right now that I really need to know is how the sensor will be used.
I don't have much doubts on Nintendo's other lineups, since they usually deliver.

I would like to see a new version of Wii announced at E3 that was as powerful as 360 and PS3. And that was going to have improved Super Wii versions of Metroid: Other M, Epic Mickey, Mario Galaxy 2, and the new console Zelda running on it in PS3 / 360 quality graphics as well as all of the best third party games like Final Fantasy XIII, Modern Warefare 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, GTA IV, Bayonetta, Fallout 3, and Metal Gear Solid 4.

It would be able to play Blue-ray movies and be fully backwards compatible with Gamecube and all original Wii games as well.

It would cost $299, but if you trade in an old Wii, so that Nintendo can send it back out to their casual fans, you could knock a bit off the price tag.
