It seems like game commercials are all the same today. I don't know, maybe its just me. When i was growing up, video game commercials use to get you pumped up for a video game. Just the other day I was watching the Final Fantasy VII commercial on youtube for the playstation and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the N64. Those commercials got me so excited for those games when they came out.

I look at commercials for PS3 games and there all under the "Dear Playstation" Ads that make not want to buy any of there games.

Just look at commercials for the Wii and then look at the way the advertised games for the N64 or the Gamecube or Super Nintendo or NES

Its not only the fact that video game commercials are all the same, its also the fact that video games don't get advertised like they use to.

The Snes vs. Genesis days commercials were the best!

"Dear Playstation" is probably the best gaming Ad Campaign out right now whether you like it or not.

I loved the "Wii Would Like to Play" Ad Campaign, also.

I just don't like how all these games are under one commercial like the "dear playstation" ads or the "wii would like to play" ads. I think all the game commercials should be different.

The commercials are trying to appeal to a broader audience, simple.

I'd say it's more like the only current "campaign." Neither Nintendo or Microsoft have a theme for their ads right now.

That was my point...lol.

I think the Gear of War commercial was one of the best ever. I still watch it and it makes me want to play.
