Episode IV, V, VI, I, II, and finally III 16 76.19%
 
Episode I, II, III, IV, V, and finally VI 5 23.81%

Well, many might just stop at I, so I would go IV, V, VI, I, II & III

And, can I point out that I think that much of III is fantastic, and the 2nd half of II is brilliant
