These are the best parallels I could draw for both trailers. Obviously I like NMH better, but here goes.
NMH = The movie the hangover, short quirky bits to keep your entertained, fun and not serious.
ME2 = Transformers 2. Revenge of the Fallen - Cinematic to a fault, tries to be more than it should be, still awesome because its freaking transformers.
I guess its a matter of preference.
