Remember that Rare invented the avatars before Nintendo came out with the Miis, they only released it after the Miis. Maybe this time rare invented the Fitness genre, they just forgot to release it before Wii Fit.

In all fair sense MS did try to buy Nintendo but Nitty refused so they have no choice but to Nintendo now.
