Forget about that. torturing yourself waiting for something that could never arrive seems rather lame. Stop thinking about it and if it comes to the ps3 be happy and surprised.

So I could then have successfully washed $200+ down the tube buying a system for one game? I dont think so. If it does go MP, it would be worth the wait as are all good things. And the possibility is there, otherwise Bioware wouldn't like flirting with it so much...

Mass Effect is staying Xbox exclusive, so I would just buy one now.

You should go for the PC version of the game, not the crappy Xbox one. =\

I'll just have to repeat what most people have already said...

Buying a console for a single game isn't very wise, especially if you can get the superior version for PC instead. Getting a new PC is much wiser than getting an Xbox for ME2 alone.

I you think a game or a franchise is not worth getting a consolo for, then just ignore it, However if you gotta have it, you make a disservice to yourself waiting for something that may never exist.

If a PS3 version was announced the only way I'd buy it for the PS3 is if they had a Mass Effect 1 & 2 bundle for $80 or under or both games on a single disc ;) . But my pc gaming rig is coming in a couple of months so I'll jus have to wait and see.
