Lets not forget how evil ninty was in the NES days. Sega might be the ones who can claim to be the least evil. They would be saintly if not for their ads in the 90s.

I'd actually like to know more about the packs then who gets them first.

Its quite likely that they simply said "We will take no or little cut off the map packs for so long as they are exclusive to our console". Considering what I've heard about the relative online sales between the PS3 and Xbox 360, the difference in fees Microsoft didn't take could very well be as much as the revenue on the PS3 version.
Edit: Alternatively Activision is pissed off by something Sony has/is doing such as charging for bandwidth to deliver demos and this is their way of twisting their arm.
Do you know what its like to live on the far side of Uranus?

Yeah Nintendo was the most evil VideoGame company in history, which is why I'm glad they got their ass handed to them for a while there. But Sony was prety bad too. I really don't think that MS has been as bad as Sony or Nintendo, which is why I don't understand where all this hate comes from. If the people making some of these ridiculous comments actually knew the history here, they would realize how ignorant they look to people like me that have been gaming since the 80's.

nobody is arguing about MS paying a big or a small amount of "cash"µ |
I know, I'm not arguing it either. My only point was that since the lost revenue for Activision is so small that the price was probably not very much. It could have also been some sort of quid pro quo deal not involving cash like MS pays to advertise the game/bundle and in turn gets timed exclusivity on the DLC.

Well, I personally can tell when someone is expressing sarcasm through a bunch of text >_>
it's all good, doesnt matter to me. there's way to many glitches and hackers ruining the 360 codmw2 experience that will have most of them waiting for the ps3 launch of the dlc. g4tv just revealed the new hack going around in the 360 version of mw2 that drops your xp by 5 million and demotes your ranks drastically. i honestly dont know why infinityward continues to support the 360 version... oh yeah. Ms's time exclusive contract with them.
Wowwwww. 1 month really? All that is, is a minor inconvenience to PS3 MW players.
