lol...this is the worst comparison you could have made.

1. Michael mann makes pretty deep films

2. Bayonetta, DMC, NG is much deeper and technical than GOW 1 and 2 gameplay wise

God of War - Michael Bay

I wouldn't expect that. I don't think American/European game design process can comprehend the level of fine detail found in combat in games like bayonetta, ninja gaiden and other japanese hack and slash games.

As long as its better than Dantes inferno gameplay wise...and visuals are what people say theya re, game is a worthy siccessor to the franchise.

but you just mentionned a "chunky gameplay" ?


I played Dantes inferno few days ago after finishing bayonetta and the game feels very slow and repetitive. The combos are pathetic, and the block button gets over used... This is what I mean by chunky. Hope god of war adds some speed and fluidity to the action.

i only discussed bayonetta since it was mentioned in an earlier post about chunky gameplay.

Didn't someone mention that Sony will no longer be releasing the video to public since theyhave chosen to release the video during Superbowl instead :s

I hope that it isn't a megaton. I understand megaton to mean an expected monster announcement, with huge expectations, that ends up fizzling and not being much. Almost all said megatons end up being this. As far as expectations go, megatons usually are bombs. And I said bombs, not "da bomb" which means cool.

Please confirm, and back up, that Sony WILL be doing a Superbowl ad.  This CAN'T be like Killzone 2 last year, where someone releases a fake ad and says it will be shown during the Superbowl.  Even if the original ad wasn't intended that way, the fake ad got spun like it was being released by Sony during the Super Bowl.

Dante's Inferno isn't even a competition in this round, bud.

God of War 3 makes Dante's Inferno look like a peice of garbage.
