You should really try the game first... I downloaded the demo and tried it... it was really nice and the feel of the game is very different. I'm very much liking the new direction the CM series has taken and I think people would grow to like it if they gave it a try.

Granted that BGS might be an issue for some but still... the game is quite nice :)

I'm sure in it's own it's a decent game alright, and if it was the only simulation game it would be enough...but why settle for that when there's an excellent FM at the sitde. That's what I don't understand, CM may be improving...but it's no FM

 

Well, at the time I  bought it, FM wasn't out as well... In fact, if memory serves me right, FM came weeks, if not months after CM2010. I compared the planned features and I've played both before (FM09). The features seem better. Moreover, the prices of the players are more realistic. 

In FM, Arsene Wenger or Sir Alex can get fired... we both know in reality, that wouldn't happen and this is reflected in CM. In one of my saves on cm2010, I'm playing leeds in 2015 season and Wenger is still manager of Arsenal and Guardiola still manager of Barcelona. Mark hughes has been fired and that somehow is very close to what reality could be like.



I am a Gamer... I play games and not consoles. I have a PC and Console on which I game... I like games. End of Story!

Championship Manager 01/02 pwns them all and I still play that all the time :P.

but we don't even have PC in the preorders charts which is pretty much the same vendors as console games so....?

FM 2010 is better than Cm 2010.
There is more features, more championship...

superiority increased its database, which probably exceeds the knowledge of most of the clubs and that makes FM the best management game known.

Cm 2010 :

Unrealistic and too easy in the case (RB recruit 12 million for the club Anderlecht, recruiting players unlikely (Witsel at Anderlecht, is like Messi for Real Madrid)),too many errors and improbability hold that game
