Im not sure, but i think that they can say "allow preorders" or "dont allow preorders yet" to any game.  When 2nd SRW had a release date, it was gettin a few preorders, but then Namco said "it will be released only in 2013", the game had no release date few weeks ago, and i think that Namco did not allowed preorders for a while. Also, im not 100% sure.

Btw, MGS Rising has been canceled for Xbox 360 in Japan, some people was wondering why the game hasnt made the list till now... i guess we just discovered.

If RE6 gets average 15 ppd(points per day, LOL), it will end with 854 points, but i think it still can hit 1000 points after TGS.

For comparison, One Piece ended with 751 points, and it had 3 diferent versions, 664k FW. Resident Evil have the Antology(i guess) and the normal version, but i dont know if they have diferent preorders... So im guessin 500k min for RE6.
