GT5 > Halo REACH in term of mainstream appeal / system selling power

FM3 has not been enought powerfull to really stole the racing crowd from GT

AND

CoD4-5-6 and GearsofWar1/2 have made huge step in the FPS world

Result : Halo REACH may not be so big in term of mainstream impact or system selling power

Dammit! This is the PS3 game I was looking forward to! Well, Heavy Rain as well, but this was going to be my "When there's nothing else to play, it's GT time!" game. I guess I'll just keep replaying Mass Effect 2.

Ummmm remember, only delayed in Japan. GT5 was never announced for March/Spring in the rest of the World. Don't blow the Japan delay out of all proportion and call it a big disappointment for the whole world.

What we have in truth is:

- an official delay in Japan with a rumoured revised release date; and
- another rumoured release date for the rest of the world, PD / Sony have never announced a release date or even release month for markets outside Japan.

Where's the fire?

i think if we didn't have to wait this long in the first place (maybe they didn't have to implement EVERYTHING into one game) we wouldn't be so irked.

this wait is bordering on absurd.

good move i find my self more hyped to play games in the fall rather than summer
i rather go to the beach or antartica during the summer months rather then be a thome in the heat playing a video game

as stated b4 this should help sony counter 360s pricecut/natal/newskus/reach man that was alot

they need to heavily bundle it in EU and NA for the rest of the holidays sept-dec too 299$ ps3 with gt5 will cause explosions
