Oh for a second I thought you meant using the KZ2 control scheme (which sucks hard), in which I would have said a HELL NO!

...but since you are just talking about the setting, then yeah I'll still play it.

played both prefer killzone 2.

less noobs, since they most left =).
still play halo 2 on pc from time to time but then i remenber i have kz2

Taking away the sandbox aspect, vehicles, aerial cover, online co-op, offline co-op and offline multiplayer would make for a less complete game

Halo is a fun and easy shooter game to play. Halo controls are easy to get used to. KillZone 2 is too hard and serious for the casual gamer to play. Killzone 2 controls take a lot of time getting used to and are too heavy.

no the fun part about halo is how everything is superpowered, its fun, killzone 2 is fun too, but both in thier own ways

It should remain the same with come CoD-esque additions and BAM, there's your shinny 8 million seller guaranteed.

It has sold well in the past without having to resemble CoD and will in the future even if it doesn't copy it. In all honesty, I suspect a lot of Halo fans would jump ship if they just copied CoD, I know I wouldn't have as much fin with it.

Bungie will not make it like CoD. On their latest podcast, a Bungie design lead was stating how he did not like unlockable items that affect gameplay and killstreaks.

I hope they make a darker game because let's face it, the only reason 1,2 and 3 weren't darker was because of technical limitations at the time.
