I need someone to make this shitty sketch in paint into something worthy for a t-shirt

It's basicly a picture of Atlas, but with 2 random guys helping him lift the world.

I got the idea from my memory as a kid, when I want to Kiyomizu Dera in Japan:

I remember these two metal rods (weirdly they seemed a lot bigger when I was a kid O.o), and the tour guide explained that it reperesented how you need companions to lift the burdens and challenges of the world and your life.

So pretty much I wanted to symbolize that literally with the logo.

It's for a power lifting club I joined recently in my University.

Some inspiration:

Pretty much keeep it VERY minimalist. Same kind of thing with Gold's Gym except even MORE simple. Atlas Shrugged is sorta there, just without the gradual shadowing or whatever.

I'll like it if the globe was drawn with its longtitudes and latitudes:

Not really sure about the continents. If it works, great, if it doesn't, then don't include. If it's true hard, then skip. Whatever you guys want, since I'm asking you guys to do this for free.

I hope that was enough info O.o sorry if I sound bossy, I just thought that it would be more helpful to be pushy and specific than very vague.

IDK any artists, nor do I have any money for just a concept. IDC if it's not good enough for a t-shirt at this point. If anyone can simply draw a half decent version of my sketch, then I can show it to the club for approval, AND THEN maybe hire somebody IRL.

What are you confused about?

The three stick figure are muscular figures, lifting up an earth, alluding to the image of Atlas:

The message is that if you have companions (symbolized by the two additional figures) you can lift the world/ease the world's burdens.

I just need the image, you don't even have to worry about cropping it and having a circle around it with "cool Latin/Greek quotes" XD I'll do that myself. I just need something better than a stick figure to show to the others.

And I don't need a elaborate drawing. It's for a T-shirt, so I want it to be in monochrome. I also want it to be simply outlines and a little bit of blocky shadowing, nothing realistic.

So it's pretty much outlines and some shadowing, in one color? Can you give it a quick shot? I'm confident that you can do it.
