Tats vs Capcom and No More Heroes 2 are at the end of January. While Mass Effect 2 is great, those are competitive (One excellent fighter and a sequel to my favorite third party Wii game).

It's strictly a Microsoft vs Sony battle. There's nothing wrong with the Wii though, it just doesn't pertain to this discussion.

Actually, the OP said he didn't know, so he probably would have included the Wii. I also missed the first round... so I don't know better I guess.

If it doesn't take part thats lame. The Wii is just as much as a console as the PS3 and 360 is. I don't see why everyone is so hell bent in Sony vs Microsoft when Nintendo has their own games.

But anyways I'm not going to pretend the Wii doesn't exist thats up to you guys to decide. Let me know if another choice gets added I'll select the Wii one (either look good right now).

Fuck i hit MAG by accident. Meant to hit ME.

I was not impressed AT ALL for the MAG beta and I was excited for this game. The graphics are piss-poor and the gameplay just seems (for lack of a better word) stiff/stale. It just wasn't that fun of a game. The best part was team killing for me.

I'll say ME2 does about 3 million, and MAG maybe gets to about a million, 1.2m at the most.

Obviously ME2 is going to have a better opening weekend as it is an established franchise on a much larger user base(japanese user base is irrelevant for MAG). But lifetime I think it will be close. I'm not going to make a prediction as it could be two years from now before hte dust finally settles and by then this will all be forgotten.

The Japanese fanbase is irrelevant for most things western. Both M.A.G. and Mass Effect 2 shall meet their resistance. I am all for Mass Effect 2 though.

Yeah that's what I meant. It's really 27 million PS3 install base vs. 36 million 360 install base for the target market. Not the WW totals of 31.5 vs. 37 million. Besides I wouldn't be surprised if ME2 outsold MAG in Japan anyways.

It's only logical that ME2 will outsell MAG... It's not even a debate. I'd be surprised for MAG will even reach 2mil+ world wide...

Of course nothing is impossible...



I am a Gamer... I play games and not consoles. I have a PC and Console on which I game... I like games. End of Story!
