Good list of games but I do not agree with the order at all. Left 4 Dead 2(13) should swap places with Killzone 2(7).
Assassins Creed 2(6) deserved to be number 2 position.
No way Demon's Souls(4) and Dragon Age Online(5) deserved to be in the top 5. NSMB Wii and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 deserve to be in top 5 games for 2009.
Uncharted 2 thoroughly deserved its top position of the year.
