Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Game Informer Halo Reach information.

It looks like it might be a huge leap from halo 3.Look at the comparison between weapons and character model. And it looks like its heavy in hdr like halo 3.I wonder if the resolution is going to suffer though?( Wasnt there an article claiming they dont enforce 720p min anymore?)

Edit:If the picture gets cut off just view it in a seperate tab.

Not looking forward to the Multiplayer components they seem to be changing... Sprinting? really and possibly different abilities depending on your armor. Definitely has me concerned but for campaign this game seems amazing

Long Live SHIO!

They write that in Halo 3 Bungie could include 3-4 dynamic lights onscreen at any one time but in Reach up to 40 O_o

- Health Bar is back along with energy shield.

Oh great! Just when I was getting used to no health bar + regeneration, they had to make all the future FPS games go back to the a hybrid system. Great stuff bungie!

Seriously am not happy with the changes.

First it was health.

Then health + armour.

Then health + regeneration or shield.

Then the Halo 2 system of just regeneration.

Now finally do we have to go back to simply health + shield regeneration.

FFS Bungie! Practice responsible innovation! Now every game is going to go back to health bars!

I don't choose to blame the games which copy Halo, I choose to blame Halo.

OMG after looking at those Game Informer scans I don't think I can handle almost a year wait......It looks friggin GORGEOUS

hmmm sounds pretty awesome but only 16 players online....fail.

Halo 1 is definitely the best single player experience in the Halo series. Nice to know they are actually trying to top it with even bigger battles, a darker tone and Elites make a much better enemy than Brutes.

yeah halo 1 was amazing!!!i was playing it online a few weeks ago...its still awesome.

@Maverick40

Halo would only suffer it had more than 16 players honestly. Some games it works great for but Halo is certainly not one of them. It would completley destroy multipler to have like 30 people.

Yea I'm glad they still stuck with 16 max. If you play Halo, you'll know that 8 v 8 on those maps is plenty haha.

But seems really awesome and being a huge Halo fan, fall can't come quick enough. And can't wait for my Game Informer to come in the mail (that's a first haha).

What shoud I say?

Monster muahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
