With all the A list games coming out this quarter, I'm not sure why any PS3 exclusive gamer would spend the $60 on a somewhat broken (or at least flawed) port of an excellent Xbox game.
If you were really looking forward to playing it sure; why not? Otherwise, either get the Xbox version if and when you ever pick one up, or just buy the PS3 version later in the year when it's heavily discounted (like around the holiday season).
While it's completely understandable that developers have a very finite amount of time and resources to get those ports to reach near parity, the consumer always has the final say in what they are willing to pay for the end product by putting off the purchase until discounted, assuming they are willing to wait.
