I'm buying Kane and Lynch and COD4 next week. I'll wait and see about Assassin's creed.

@ChronotriggerJM, CoD4 does support 1080p but that is not the native res, 720p is the last i heard.

The PS3 cannot do vertical scaling, only horizontal scaling. So, on the PS3, it is one of the following resolutions: 960x1080, 1280x1080, 1440x1080 1920x1080 while on the 360 it runs at 1280x720. Both platforms look similar, they both look awesome and both run at at 60 FPS.

For sure i'm getting ME when it comes out. My friend is getting assasin's creed when it comes out so i'll play it at his house and if i like it i'll get it too. I think these will be the last 2 games i get for the 360 this year.
