i am going back through the temple of euryale, to get some items. and now most of my buttons on my controller wont work at all, the attack,slow method wont work, also my right analog stick wont work either. only my jump and r1 work, whats wrong ? i tried using a different controller and the same thing is happening.

I may have faced a similar issue before. On GoW 1, all my buttons stopped working after getting the Hades Army spell. It turned out to be media related (scratched disc). Try renting the game or burning a copy and see if it works.

gow 2 is on the gow collection , so i cant burn a copy. also this happened during gow 1, but i just went and got myself killed and then the buttons worked again. but not this time, its pissing me off, because i dont feel like starting over.

I remember in Gow 2 at the icarus bridge my game always would freeze and no matter what copy I would get/rebuy burn even restart the game it would still freeze. And thats how I never beat the game.
