There's nothing new that I really want (except for Demon's soul but that can wait) but I have $40 and I'm looking for something that isn't a shooter (Played too many, I'm done with them for a while). Maybe an RPG or a game that'll scare the hell out of me. ANYTHING, as long as it isn't a shooter

Any suggestions? Anyone?

Bayonetta...on 360 cause of the issues with PS3 version.

Its turning out to be one of the best games i've ever played and it is the only game that I've played this gen which will be fun 20 years from now.

May be more than 40 bucks though.

I'll second either one of those, Bayonetta really looks fun (I'm not sure if it's $40 yet though) and Fable II is one of my favorites.

If you haven't played it already I always recommend Oblivion. That goes for about $30.

I recently completed Episodes from Liberty City. Fantastic buy for $40.
