3 -  They are the muse keys, I believe they were used to open the chamber of the gods correct? 
4 - The Challenge of Hades, Challenge of Poseidon and Challenge of Zeus
5 - Rhodes Colossus is based on the sun god Helios (they sure love to kick Helios arse on GoW :P)
6 - The sisters of fate are named Lahkesis, Atropos and Clotho
7 - Actually, the gods are second generation, the first generation were the Titans themselves. If my logic is correct, then the answer you seek is Cronos
8 - It has to be Stheno, since you already killed Medusa in GoW and Euryale in GoW II
9 - Hmmm, the Chimera and the Centaur?
10 - You mean the keeper at the Steeds of Time right? His name was Theseus.

My question is: What was the name of the river that crossed Hades domain?

If my logic is correct, then the answer you seek is Cronos I meant who is the youngest God of the 1st gen (Ares, Athena, etc are sons and daughters of other gods they dont count) not titan...so I'll leave this question to be answered...
8 - It has to be Stheno, since you already killed Medusa in GoW and Euryale in GoW II Correct Can't wait for this battle since Stheno is supposed to be the most brutal...
9 - Hmmm, the Chimera and the Centaur? We fought Centaurs in the Challenge of Hades in GoW 1, I was expecting Brute

Correct ! Kind of ironic the youngest is the king of the gods huh ?

as for the secondary weapons, you dont know the name of the big blue blade ? I find that hard to believe...
