can I add another option please, I would really would like to try the beta, I am quite interested in MAG,and want to see if I am capable of team play rather than just idiotic running and gunning (ala COD)

As a PC FPS gamer, I was plesantly surprised by MAG. To be honest I was expecting that game to be a little crappy, from the last E3 showing. But it's great, for one it's great technological feat to run game for 256 players, the graphics are way better than I expected them to be. But the main thing is the realism, thanks god for no health regeneration, I hate that in FPS games. Also you can choose your playstyle and have fun either way you choose to play, you can snipe from one spot for fifteen minutes, you can rush, stealth advance... And when you get a good squad with voice com, it's incredible experience. I haven't had this much fun in a FPS since Counter Strike.

it's ok i can  get one, they  don't cost much, just tried the beta and loved it, i actually did quite well without a mic(just a grunt at the moment)

I recommend that your first 4 skill points go to unlocking Medical Kit (new medic gun that can heal others which gives you some XP) and then unlocking the resuscitation ability so you can use the improved medic gun to revive fallen teammates. You'll get 10xp for each revive and any XP you get in an objective zone (or Frag-O zone) is doubled.

So when you can get hundreds of XP each round, you'll level up MUCH faster. Just be aware that the improved medic gun (just like anything you can unlock and equip) is heavier than the regular medic gun so you may have to sacrafice some equipment as you unlcok more things later on.

I recently got my hands on the MAG Beta, and it was much worse than i expected. I thought this game would have pushed the bar, but after playing, there's so many things wrong with it. No regenerating health (yes, i've heard it all before, but this would be great for a game that sports such a huge map), not being able to melee while reloading ( i mean seriously?!), dying 10 seconds after i spawn because of campers, and a frustrating aim reticule, not seeing where i'm getting shot from, not being helped by my team, where the game is TEAM based/focused. A lack of a headset to communicate with my team (yea..meaning i dno't have a headset and netheir does anyone else on my team...partially my fault, but we're all mute from each other), it's a pain working my way back to where i was previously, and the list goes on, i just didn't like the game at all. At least after i played MW2, and seen the previews and videos for Battlefield Bad Company 2...this game just doesnt cut it, it feels slow in comparision.

I'm impressed, so I voted better than expected. The graphics are much better than people said, nice gameplay, fun to play, not having regenerating health was a big plus (it fits much better having to used that medic stuff)! I'm not a fan of FPS and multiplayer focused games, but this game impressed me.
