Where do you all know that their charging money each time to play the game? Link please. I don't see why they'd do that, i would buy the game, but it's retarded to put in points each time you play..gimme a break. This sounds like a bad rumor. Again i ask...link please?

"Interestingly, the Game Room will carry a two-tiered price structure. You can buy a game for between 240-400 Microsoft Points, or if you really want that old arcade feeling, you can pay 40 Microsoft Points and play the game once, like it was 1985 and you'd just dropped a quarter. Only, now it's two quarters."

They are not forcing you to pay everytime you play like Alka thinks. You have the option to purchase the game like you would an XBLA title and play anytime you want or you can pay roughly 40 MP per play which is like 50 cents. I have a feeling the will offer the Game Room as a free install and perhaps a few free items just to start of with like they did with avatar`s.

How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to KinectPS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

This looks hot!

Home says hi !

BTW, I have never tried home for the moment

Time to Work !

50 cents a play does seem high.

MS should use the game room an incentive for achievement points. 1000 achievement points can be redeemed for one free game for your arcade.

the idea is interesting in theory... my favorite part is that it's Xbox Live and Windows GFL... buy for one own it on both

edit: I think they should half it... 20 points... how many times to you have 70-90 points just laying around... you would want to get more than one play through with it... and the more times you can play a game like that the more likely you'll purchase it and on the flip side it'll have the pychological effect of making someone play more

Just to clarify, you have to pay more to buy it on both.  240 ($3) pts for owning it on one, 400 ($5) pts for owning it on both.  A slight discount for the second platform (save 80 pts,, $1, 33% off).

It's actually 240 MSP per game per platform, or 400 MSP for one game on both platforms.

I can see that both of us will probably be buying 400 msp games more often then 240 point versions
