i was thinking about getting this game tomorrow, was wondering if anyone has bought it yet and what they thought of the game.

I haven't played it but it has been getting poor reviews all over the place.

A good rule of thumb is never to buy a game thats released the same time as the movie its based on. More than likely it will be a bad game that is nothing more than a money grab by the studios.

@jws, thats mostly true. but for me i cant stop watching the "avatar" movie, so i was thinking of some more avatar action, till the eventual blu-ray release this summer/fall i would say.

i dont have it, but i cant see it being even mediocre considering its very heavy and very quick reduction in price.

I have it and it's...meh. If you want a similar game wait for Lost Planet 2.

@dobby985, will get lost planet 2 as well. cant wait to try its online, hoping to play it with some friends.

isnt playing as a navi compeltly broken? i think u should just rent the game. also isnt it a prequil where exactly the same thing happens? like.. kinda seems like a cop out
