It's not that bad in short bursts. I have been shot with it. It feels like when you hold your hand over a pot of boiling water. Hurts like hell, but as soon as it stops, it stops hurting.

4. optical invisibility camouflage suit.
5. thermal signatures DNA tracking.
6. high energy plasma pulsed satellite defense system.
7. audio tracking satellites (single voice can be isolated in a crowd)
8. satellites that can be aimed at nuclear silos to shut down the power ignition system.
9. high-power microwave signals system able to prevent jet fighters from even starting.
10. electromagnetic disease transmission system.

hmm, but there could be ethical issues posed to weapons like that. Like the loss of memory weapon, could be used by terrorists.

Some of them aren't surprising.
