No, definitely not.

Odd. Future. Wolf. Gang. Kill. Em. All. OFWGKTA Don't give a fuck!

Fuck Steve Harvey. FREE EARL!

Final Fantasy Versus XIII will be the GREATEST game EVER made!!!

I'd take a bullet for Square-Enix!

J man, I´m a PSWii owner (don´t own a 360) and like hack n slash games (DMC4 disappointed me though)...so even with the subpar port would you say it´s still totally worth it and I owe it to myself to get this game?

I mean, I´ve read some reports the biggest issue with the PS3 version are the loading times before a level, but some PS3 only owners are saying that in their opinion it´s a small price to pay for the awesomeness the game provides...what do you think?

@CGI

Really?....coming from you I believe it :)...though a lot of reviews make it seem like the PS3 version is completely unplayable.

I mean 1 million, no first week, but total.

I bought the PS3 version of the game ... Don't believe the reviews ... the port is not that bad ...
the loading times are not that noticeable ... it takes one or two seconds when you got an item ... and there's five seconds loading before/after each chapter ... ( i'm in chapter four ) ...

as for the frame drops it doesn't affect the gameplay at all and it's that bad ... it only happened when you summon the demon and the demon is automatically killing the enemies so there's no problem with that (unless if you want to have many points by square button and you still can do it even with the frame drop ) ...

u can't install the game on HDD ... so i guess that's the reason behind the problems for the loading times and frame drops ...

the game is still fun ... it's my favorite hack and slash game this generation ( DMC4 was a big let down for me ) ... but of course GOW3 will be number one on my list when march comes ...

Overall, I give this game 9.5/10 ...

the pre-orders are not good

I hate to bump this, but I saw gamespot's review and their closing statments summed up my thoughts perfectly:

"With the fluidity and flexibility of its fighting engine, innovative use of bullet time and wall-walking mechanics, and the competitive online scoring system that is weaved into its very fabric, Bayonetta isn't so much a sister to other combat-oriented action games as it is an evolution of them. Its battle controls are silky smooth from the very first moment you experience them, and the magic remains throughout the entire journey; whether you're throwing a bus at a boss or hitching a ride on a ballistic missile. Chock-full of often silly but always memorable moments, Bayonetta is hard to get out of your mind even after you've stopped playing it. More than anything else, almost everything about Bayonetta feels just right. Its host of hidden items and secrets, multiple difficulties, competitively balanced scoring system, and charismatic heroine make it a game that will be revisited time and time again. This is one action game that you absolutely must not miss. "

....this game is soo good.....

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

I'm seriously thinking about getting this game. I really hope its as good as you guys say it is.

It is a fantastic game. I just beat the second BIG boss (the wind guy) and that was one of the most fucking insane fights I've seen in a videogame. Remember that feeling you had when god of war first came out and you were killing that hydra or when GoW2 came out and you're fighting this giant colossus through out the city? That feeling of awe that it is something just so crazy cool, and makes you feel ridiculously powerful? Bayonetta destroys that stuff, it is that feeling all over again when all other modern games have caught up to what GoW 1 and 2 brought to the table. GoW3 is going to have to be fucking insane to keep up with the set pieces and boss fights in this game. The bosses are HUGE, and when you bring them down you feel like a beast.

You can find me on facebook as Markus Van Rijn, if you friend me just mention you're from VGchartz and who you are here.
