It is a good thing MS focused on Alan Wake. Look like they try to make Alan Wake the next big thing. And it will get DLC.

What is the pay-tv stuff coming to Xbox Live?

39 million Xbox 360s is pretty great. 20 million Xbox Live Members is just crazy. Think about 12 million people paying $50 per year.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Didn't see the Natal bit. What happened? Did they finally start talking about it as a PC interface tool, not a broken controller for the 360? When are they gonna hook them up to TVs as well?
