True, but the game did also just recently go gold so I wouldn't expect a big improvement.

This beta will be the last, since the game has allready gone gold. There won't be anymore changes expect in the serverside stability. If you don't like it don't get it.

I don't think the beta will be the final "look" of the game it might surprise you.

Nope, it was confirmed by zipper that version 1.50 (open beta version) will be going on the blu-ray disc.

the game went gold before the open beta so while everyone was playing it, zipper was making some blu-ray cases and discs with the game in it. But don't worry, it's a game which will definately get more content even after it's release.

Only 2 more weeks to the release and I'm getting impatient.

Shame.... I would prefer to see the frame rate improve. Sabotage felt like it had improved from the previous phase, but things were chugging in the few Domination rounds I played.

the chugging problems were caused by the sheer number of players. (around 1 million beta players will definately eat up the server power :P)

the open beta was supposed to be a server stress test, framerate was smooth in the earlier phases with fewer players. But apparently zipper fixed the server problems and are content with their servers now so we should not have a day 1 lagfest.

if the game is no more than £30 I will buy it. I cannot justify +£30 on a mp only game :s
