the decade saw the main part and end of the 6th generation of game consoles as well as the start of the 7th, it also saw a vast amount of new games and gamers alike, but how do you rate it compared to say the 90's?

While the 90s were great for gaming the last decade was simply amazing and has catapulted video games into a respected medium and not something nerds/kids do.
