I don't know if any of you actually care of the accuracy of gaming sales over the years, but I recently chanced upon this number on http://halo.xbox.com/en-us/games/halo3/#video_1 stating that Halo 3 could have actually sold 14.5 million copies to date.

It is a staggering 4 million copies more than what this website shows (10.5 million~14.5 million)

Its an xbox website owned by microsoft, so the numbers could be flawed in many ways

Maybe the number includes both Halo 3 and Halo 3 ODST.
