Screw this, quoting is only working about 1/4 of the time, and the rest of the time the RTR box is blank ... and 1/2 the time I can't even load pages properly.

@ nordlead: you're not understanding. dsister was really blocked on night one. So whatever he falsely or truly claimed relating to HIS abilities due to that REAL roleblock does not reflect back on SAK.

So pardon my ignorance, but why do SAK and Falcon have to be lying? dsister could have told the truth about roleblocking and lied about gaining the ability. Or did someone confirm that dsister had blocked him? I forget. But either way, SAK and Falcon (whom SAK blocked) can be telling the truth.

I blocked Son1x yesterday, and truckOsaurus last night. I know I waited till after the persons said it to wait till I admitted it, but I find it really suspicious when people don't say they are blocked. 

As for your power I didn't get any notification of gaining a new one.

OK, I am starting to get a little confused here. Why are we suspecting dsister44, again?

SAK didn't block Falcon. He has to use a different ability every night. I could have sworn I remember him saying this at one point yesterday

OMG I just lost my whole post.

The upshot: if dsister is an SK and gets roleblocked N1, a good way to stop SAK from outing him after N2 reveals an SK kill would be to get in front of it by claiming another role.

But that does leave a very potent question of why other people are getting blocked.

Hypotheses that don't involve dsister lying:
1: My summoned spirits don't directly target dsister as such, only surrounding him waiting to ambush OTHERS who target him.
2: Another roleblocker.
3: WoW forgot.

Nobody is questioning whether SAK really blocked dsister.  The only question is whether dsister is really a Blue Mage, since he did not get my ability when I chose to protect him.

because he claimed that his role allows him to use the abilities that are used on him but he didn't gain FFs ability last night.

WTF I guess instead of losign my post, as I thought, my browser somehow opened a new window of its own accord.

To expand on that, let's say dsister is the dragon and gets blocked . He knows that if he kills the NEXT night, he invites SAK to say, "hey, I blocked dsister Night One, he could be the dragon!" So he decides to get out in front of it by claiming some OTHER role. Now it's risky because he has to fake having an ability, but probably better than what was going to happen before.

I'm not claiming psychic powers, but that seems pretty damn plausible to me.

yea, exactly. dsister was blocked on night 1, just like me, and he claimed he gained the ability to curse/protect on day 2. Also on day 2, SAK roleclaimed and said he targetted dsister. That links those two together. dsister has never claimed to do anything night 1, and his ability wouldn't let him do anything night 1 anyways according to his roleclaim.

The only way that dsister would know what powers SAK was going to claim would be if either 1) he was truely targetted by SAK and gained the abilities, or 2) they are mafia and conspired together.

Now, the only way to unlink those two people, is if SAK is mafia and took the oportunity to claim a pro-town role, but no one has come forward to challenge his claim. If they had, then dsister could be town and SAK could be mafia, but there is no way SAK isn't mafia if dsister is mafia. Either way, without a counter claim of abilities, those two are linked together.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
