So you can't aim without walking? =/

Edit:

And how do you strafe?  It seems like they just took the function of two analog sticks and put it on one, then let your hand act as that one.

Your worried about Strafeing? I would think jumping forward and backwards and controlling how far you jump is the hardest thing....exspecially for overweight people who live in trailers. lol

Natal wouldn't work well with fast paced games like shooters or sports, it looks like it's only intend for simple practical games that doesn't required much quick controls like racing or maybe even platformers.

It looks like it's barely playable, but I'm still impressed.

Doesn`t look particularly enjoyable at all. Thats a key advantage the Wii has, you may look like a complete tool waving around the Wii-mote but it sure does look like a whole lot of fun. Will be interesting to see just what sort of games end up using this technology and how Microsoft advertise it.

Saying that in my head sounds awesome, but how would it work? The only thing I can think of is one hand for aiming and shooting/action and the other hand to walk/run, and I have no clue how that can not be annoying. As for the video it looks like he has to stop turn, stop turn aim press that'll take some time getting use to props if they can pull it off

Racing is most likely certain since you don't need to control any camera but plateformers require accuracy in timing and directing your jumps while doing some other action ... if it's a legit video Natal seems to lack accuracy in tracking the hands movemement separately, the guy tries like three times to switch on the transporter. Then there's the fact it seems like a little unintended movement is enough send the camera flying around.

Can't help but wonder as to how many people can be tracked on a single Natal device. I could see this being used by a gym for some more interactive workouts...my wife liked Active Sports, but it just lacked the punch of more accurate motion tracking...
