Forums - Sony Discussion - The PS3 feels like a 'bottomless pit of processing power'- Naughtydog

Let's be honest, the game is shaping up to be an epic event. I'm even more hyped for Heavy Rain than FF13 which actually says a lot as I'm a self confessed Final Fantasy Fanboy.

Eventhough I'm broke Heavy Rain is shaping up to be a day 1 purchase whereas 13 is a cut down.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

Maybe they should do a workshop for the lazy fools at Valve.

I think folks should leave Valve alone now.
If they don't want to make anything for the ps3, that's their problem, no one complained as much when Insomniac chose to stay ps3 only so...meh.

So, I can claim to max teh CELL out and excuse myself with lack of time? Interesting...

100% is quite misleading. Naughty dog only said that they've utilised all the (6) available spe's 100% of the time. That means that they have not used the spe's to their full processing power.

Ryan Schneider said that the company are staying exclusive to sony because them and sony have a "great relationship" and that sony provides them with excellent development teams to help out with game development.

Valve are only shying away from the playstation 3 because they find the hardware too hard to work with.

It's time for another valve fat joke.
When I read the word valve I think of a bunch lard asses. Damn they're so fat and lazy

Bagenome:You can't shoot things on a blog, and babies can't read, so I don't think it would suit either one's target audience."

Honestly, do JRPG makers even realize how hard it is to save the world? That shit is impossible!

My point is this Valve bashing is getting childish in some circles, sure folks at Valve didn't help themselves with some of their comments however looking at the ps3 now, it's doing well without Valve's help so if they don't want to make anything for it, their loss. They are just not worth talking about.
