Kishimoto said Sasuke Vs Naruto will be the last in his agenda, Naruto is going to have a new training program (probably with Killer-Bee) and this year will be Kakashi's year so maybe Kakashi vs Sasuke on the cards. Since we've seen this Student Vs Master thing many times e.g. Pein Vs Jiraya, Orochimaru Vs Sarutobi. Sakura isn't going to plea, she really wants to kill Sasuke for what he has become, what he is doing to himself. Sasuke deals with revenge so immaturely and doesn't listen to anything that has been said by Danzo or even Itachi's words to heart. He is blinded by egoistical ideals that he thinks will make him feel better but in the end he'll be a empty shell of his former self. Metaphorically the light has definately left his eyes. |
Sasuke had his whole entire clan slaughtered out of an assumption by Danzou and the other elders that they summoned the 9-tailed Fox to destroy the Leaf Village when he was only SIX YEARS OLD. How in the world did you expect Sasuke to deal with his revenge? Its completely understandable and realistc. What, you expected Sasuke to be like "Hey guys, I'm back. Let me protect you guys and the Leaf Village for my brother" after he heard Itachi's story? That would have been so corny, stupid, cliche and unrealistic. I'm glad Kishi didn't go that route with Sasuke. Also, I said that I wonder how Sasuke will react to what Sakura said. I already know that Sakura is probably just trying to find another way to kill him (since Sakura knows damn well she stands no chance against Sasuke head on).
As for One Piece, the whole "I should have never been born" stuff is cliche and felt really forced. I wasn't feeling it at all. Thats just my opinion though.
The question wasn't really forced as he mentioned it a couple times since impel down started.

I still have to read the Katekyo Hitman Reborn and Fairy Tail manga chapters.

His brother just died, what do you really expect you to say. He is meeting his end, finally realising that his life had significance due to the people around him. That story wasn't forced, it's like domino's there has to be a ends to a means and him saying "is life worth living" he has actually achieved his answer.

Anyway I could the events in Bleach miles away, already could second guess what's going to happen next.
Also granted that Sasuke's whole clan was killed when he is six, the problem I have is everything that Itachi has stood for, all the lessons he has supposedly meant to learn hasn't sufficed, he isn't doing this for the Uchiha's pride but more like selfish excuse to live. If you want real revenge stories go read Berserk, even though Gut's Bethrens were anhilated (Sp?) in front of him, his fiance raped infront of him. His essence of his character hasn't changed he has his principles, he anger is focused. While Sasuke fizzles out everywhere like a hyperactive kid.
