You should not have NAT issue if you Xbox's IP is already assign to DMZ

If you've just assign an IP on the xbox and have not assign DMZ on your router, the following port should be opened in port forwarding (from your router) for both UDP/TCP and linked to the IP address of your Xbox: 53, 80, 88, 3074.

Go to the forum of your router manufacturer, most will have a sticky on how to get the PS3 and 360 online as their are likely many others with the same problem.
