You should not have NAT issue if you Xbox's IP is already assign to DMZ
If you've just assign an IP on the xbox and have not assign DMZ on your router, the following port should be opened in port forwarding (from your router) for both UDP/TCP and linked to the IP address of your Xbox: 53, 80, 88, 3074.
