this is your only warning, do not insult our users. Also, it is Christmas so people are enjoying time with their family. I didn't even log on yesterday, and only logged on briefly on the 24th. The same will probably happen today.
I don't have an X360, so I can't really help you, but if you can get it connected to your internal network you should be able to hop on your router and check what the IP is.
EDIT: (also, this isn't a poll, click the create thread button next time. I would lock it but you are new, and you need help)

i know its not a poll, something happened idk what
If it says 0.0.0.0 then your xbox likely hasn't obtained an ip at all. What is the other end of the lan cable attached to? if it's a router, check if it has DHCP turned on to give out IPs automatically. If it's your PC, check if internet connection sharing is enabled. If it's a direct cable from your ISP, check with them whether they don't authenticate on mac address.
The ip has to be assigned to your Xbox, by you manually setting it, or automatically through your router or a DHCP server. If you are trying to open up the NAT settings, then statically assign an available ip to your Xbox and open up the NAT settings for that ip.
Edit: Assuming you are using a router. But since your question seems to imply you know how to open up the NAT settings once you have the ip address, I'd imagine that must mean you have a router.
