That's almost 500k copies sold, profit made, effort and expenditure close to nil.

I think it's worth bearing in mind that, although the package is made appealing by offering two games for the price of one, it's also going to be a turn-off for so megamers who don't fancy the idea of spending a fair amount of cash on touched up versions of last gen's material.


But GOW of is one of the biggest franchise... How much Halo 1 will do if it get treated for HD for XBOX 360.? i think easily 3 - 4 million in US alone n a million or so in Europe.. So GOW is more popular in America n it has got 2 awesome games with HD treatment n for less price than 1 game ($40 < $60) n released in holiday season n still managing less than 500k.. for any other game it would have been impressive but for GOW not so impressive.

The game nor the genre are even remotely as popular as Halo's... poor logic here. The first two GoW have only sold 6 million.... didn't Halo do that and more with its first game? The first 2 Halo games sold 15 million... do the math.

...and you think just as many people who bought Halo would buy it again? Thatsd real laughable. Ha. Ha. Ha.

And you think more people would buy Halo than who bough ODST... oh man... you are hilarious.

Seems that GoW collection won't release in Others territories. What they are doing is releasing GoWIII along with 1&2 in a limited edition box with all sorts of goodies. I'd be up for it if it wasn't so damned expensive. It would be cheaper to buy a replacement PS2 and play the original games my brother still has, then by GoW III by itself.
