after the monster week from Ps3 the gap in hardware sales is at 5.7 million. A far cry from what it was a year ago. So ... how close will it actually get? Be realistic

Might pass the 360 next year or the gap will be 2M.

The gap will be around 2mil-3mil I guess..

I'm interested in what the gap is going to look like after March 2010, but just a guesstimate though maybe 2-3 mil half way through next year

When it's all said and done, I still think the 360s going to be ahead by 3-5 million. I attribute this mostly due to a strong 2010 lineup, Project Natal and future price cut. All and all, the 1 year headstart has solidified its place above the ps3.

My reasonable prediction.

I expect SONH to take over during summer time ( Mayish - july)

The gap will most definitely be reduced to 2.5 million at the end of 2010. And then after that the gap will slowly wear away until PS3 takes the lead.
