By 2 years the fabrication cost difference of HD vs SD will be near to 0. In these 3 years, the fabrication cost of the Wii didn`t fall like the cost to make a PS3.

It`s like a 40Gb 3,5" HDD. It`s basically the same price to make than a 120gb. This is why Sony is using 120gb in the Slim.

Yes, there is an article from a few months ago, they picked some sort of CHip or processor for the Ds's successor

3rd party developers woudl drop their support from 10% that the wii gets to 0%. not counting shovelware developers.

It would be silly, since higher processing (etc.) will not be as expensive, they may as well. However, I don't think it would be a huge deal if they didn't, but it would be better if they do only because of the declining costs of tech.

Epic meltdowns would be had.
