why is it 'ign brings us'?
im 100% sure its SONY and MM who bring us them..not Ign
Why only LBP avatars, include other sony exclusive avatars too!
no idea how to make this properly work
I think it's a good move. To the people saying that they should not charge for it, you don't have to buy them. When you pay for something, you tend to appreciate it more and stand out in the crowd, and SONY benefits from that. No one in here is getting harmed.

I have to agree.

an ign editor wrote an editorial on the avatars and sent them a letter a week ago, this is not a coincedence, obviously his voice was heard

You don't think that Sony could have had those avatars in development before that article was put on the website? There's people on here asking about new avatars, how do you know it wasn't because of them?

I agree, I have a feeling this was already in the works before the letter and editorial. For a large corporation like Sony to read a letter a week before, have a meeting about the letter, decide which avatars to roll out first, cecide on a price for the avatars, create the avatars and then get them ready for a PSN release all in 7 days would be a corporate miracle. Not to mention the content of PSN updates are most likely scheduled in advance.
I think the main reason people are mad is because the first avatars Sony has realeased in who knows how long aren't free. If they released some free ones as well as premium ones, no one would feel the need to complain.
