A press release from Media Create has just revealed the sales data for Final Fantasy XIII since it saw release on December 17th. According to the release, Final Fantasy XIII has moved 1,501,964 copies in Japan, while 237,086 PS3 units were sold in Japan.
These numbers are nearly identical to the Famitsu numbers released yesterday, which had the game's totals slightly higher. We'll have more sales information on both the Final Fantasy XIII software and hardware impact it had on PS3 sales later in the week.
