I am almost certain that Super Mario Galaxy 2 will surpass my prediction of 1.28m in its first week of sales!

It's all IGN's fault, when they gave it a 10 my hype sky rocketed, if they gave it a 10 anyone could give it a 10 |
^^ most reviewers did, just not all of them lol :p
it sad that a 90% or even a 95% can ruin a game's metascore/gamerankings so easily :(

Doesn't matter, the 98 is getting heavily supported. The harsh reviewers all gave excellent scores.
About Morgan Webb, what she killed the credibility of her opinion is when she rolled her eyes and looked pissed off when the other girl said the could listen all day long to the outstanding soundtrack.
The thing about the game being flat and insipid... .... ??? no. 3D elements are not flat and every level seems to live.

but it is IGN, they're (somehow) my must trusted reviewers

yeah, me too (mostly)
also, when they review a game, their score usually tends to be extremely close the that game's metacritic, and often times it's the same (even though they're usually one of the first to review a game)
Everbody around me fall in love with the game! It is simply amazing!
... Still ... 5 ... more ... days ...
GAHH!
