Whatever dude I wasn't even alive when it was availble. It was the one with the cheesy remote knob control right? With the dials and like 10 buttons?

Xbox Live Gamertag - Deathscythe X

most are obvious i think, well out of the ones here id agree with:

N64 sticking with carts, although I'd have hated to play N64 games with PS1 load times, so then again.....

The price of the Saturn...but they couldn't produce hardware at a loss like Sony, so was it really a decision?

The cell chip and the general hardware design of the PS3. cell is too expensive and will probably offer nothing much better then we will see on the much cheaper xbox360. I agree with the inclusion of BR and a standard HDD tho.

My personal addition :

The Xbox Project.

In defense of the Neo-Geo ... the reason it was sooo expensive was ... it was an arcade - at home. I can remember thinking it was rather expensive, until I realized it's the same machine at arcades. The games were expensive because they were arcade games. I mean, you could set one up at a store and charge folks!

I will add to the madness:

My top 5 greatest misses (in no particular order)

1. Sony releasing a console without games, tied the PS3 to an unproven HD format, priced at $599 and expecting it to sell like hotcakes - ROTFL

2. CD-I (yeah, I am old enough to remember that ...) and Dragon's Lair

3. The handheld released by the guy that crashed that Enzo Ferrari and is in jail as I type ...

4. Atari's huge gamble on E.T. the game ... pwn3d!!!!!

5. Whoever was responsible for any of these awesome games:

1. Shaq Fu
2. NARC
3. Any Virtual Boy games
4. Any Apple Pippin games
5. Dragon's Lair - CD-I

3. The handheld released by the guy that crashed that Enzo Ferrari and is in jail as I type ...

 gizmondo

even the name sucked

just thought of another...

MS making the bios chips in the xbox and the 360 dvd drive re-flashable, yet they refuse to change the hardware.

Nokia N-Gage. Yah, lets take on the handheld gaming giants by building it out of a cell phone, offer crappy games and engineer it so you have to remove the battery to change the cartridge. Brilliant!

PS360 ftw!

Currently playing..........

Gears of War 2, GTA IV Lost and Damned, Little Big Planet (Yes I said I had no interest but my girl wanted to try it and we did and now Im hooked )

Thanks a million ... yeah, what you said ...

Haha NARC wasn't that bad of a game. It has a "No Drugs" message... that encouraged you to blow up drug dealers with rocket launchers... while driving around in your kickass ferrari that could also fire rockets... but it was fun, and actually kinda hard.

Honestly, it was just a bad game for it's time. If they released a TPS version of that game in HD it'd probably get some hight ratings.

Actually. It'd probably just be Crackdown.

ROTFLMBO on the no drug policy. What I laughed the most about is the choice of whether or not to turn in the drugs. And I hit a few drugs - and folks' heads turned into clowns. I dropped the controller ... I haven't done drugs and I thought I had had a contact hit!

Seriously, it made me realize one thing - when a game allows cops to take drugs, it's time to let it go.

Crackdown ... hmmm. I have it but have only played the demo. I think the demo was cool, but I got it right after I started reviewing games actively and haven't had a chance to play it yet ...
