There will be exactly 5 million sales gap between PS3 and 360 at the start of 2010.
Halo:Reach and Gran Turismo 5 will sell 4 million in its first week. End of year total for Halo:Reach and Gran Turismo 5 will be 8 million. Both are guaranteed AAA games.
Both Natal and Wand will flop.
Alan Wake and Heavy Rain will receive high reviews but both will struggle to sell 2 million sales ltd. Both will be AAA games.
Bioshock 2, Mass Effect 2 and God of War 3 will sell 3 million copies in their first year and all three will be AAA games.
Final Fantasy XIII will sell on PS3 in NA and Europe combined sales between 3 and 4 million for 2010.
Final Fantasy XIII will sell on XBox 360 in NA and Europe combined sales between 1.5 million 1.7 million for 2010

What will happen:

-Wii will reach 82-85 million by the end of 2010
-360 and PS3 will be within 1,000,000 units of each other by the end of the year.
-Natal and Wand will be moderately successful due to heavy marketing from Microsoft and Sony.
-Wii Vitality and WiiRelax will be insanely successful due to disruption and word-of-mouth.
-Nintendo will have some kind of iterative redesign of the Wii, not a Wii HD though.
-Microsoft will have an iterative redesign of the 360.
-DS will pass PS2 in lifetime sales as Pokemon and DSXL explode in sales.
-Wii Sports Resort will reach 20m, NSMB Wii will reach 16m by the end of 2010.
-Microsoft will announce a new handheld system at E3.

I predict a PSP2

PS3 will continue to oustsell 360 worldwide sales til the end of this generation. Final Fantasy XIII will sell 8.5 millions in 2010 (japan sales 09 included).
