I got it for Christmas last year and I played it a few hours on Christmas Eve, and it was alright I suppose, and then I haven't touched it again until yesterday. So I started it up, picked up where I left off and ... Hey, this game is pretty fun! Sure, combat sucks, but the actual exploring part is really exhilirating, and the game looks great. So I guess this is somewhat a thread of appreciation for the game. Gathering light seeds is really fun, too. I'm not done with the game yet, looking forward to the next time I get a chance to pop it in.

Yes it was fun. I got the platinum trophy for it and it took me 3 play throughs.

I completed the game like before yesterday. I also got the Platinum for it.
It's actually good. But way too repetitive for a second playthrough.

lol It's really funny but I got the Platinum in a single playthrough. But the thing is that I'm sure I died more than 100 times and it took me more than 12 hours to finish the game (because I gathered all 1001 light seeds)...Very strange. I received both trophies AFTER watching the whole credits. I believe it's kind of a secret way of getting those trophies without playing the whole game again. Did you watched the credits?

of course dude, pop2008 is in my top 5 of all times without no doubt. the music,gameplay,battle system,environment,story, everything is fucking great about this game

The PS360 title is just too boring.

That's how I felt first too. Well, no, the combat is way too horrible in Sands of Time for me to love it to bits, but I enjoyed it a lot (though I enjoyed Warrior Within and The Two Thrones more since their combat wasn't as godawful), but after spending some more time with the new PoP it's really growing on me. The open world exploration and visuals really bring you into the game. It's pretty exciting.

i dont want to travel every goddamn area 3 times for collecting shiny bubbles. PoP on PS360 was a big disappointment for me.

I like the combat in PoP. You have to appreciate it for what it is. I enjoyed experimenting with it, making the action look pretty, stringing different combos together, etc.
